  1. Declutter every visible surface

    Kitchen counters, bathroom vanities, nightstands: clear surfaces read as space in photos. Placeholder step; the full checklist arrives with the Notion sync.

  2. Turn on every light, open every blind

    We shoot with all lights on. Replace burnt-out bulbs beforehand; mixed lighting is the most common fixable issue we see.

  3. Hide the everyday items

    Trash cans, pet bowls, chargers, dish racks. If it would not appear in a furniture catalog, tuck it away before we arrive.
